"Nine Gems" is a brand of Kimberlite Facets Private Limited, a single retailer, wholesaler, and exporter of natural gemstones, diamonds, and jewelry based in Bengaluru, India. We operate a physical store and an e-commerce website at www.9gems.in and ship within India and internationally. We do not operate as a marketplace. In limited cases, select gemstones not held in our physical inventory may be listed; in all such cases, product responsibility and authenticity remain with our Company.
1.2 Eligibility, Browsing and Orders
- Users under 18 may browse the website.
- Orders should be placed by individuals 18 or older. If a minor places an order using an adult card or account, we may require verifiable permission from the adult card or account holder.
- Guest checkout is supported. If you create an account, you are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.
1.3 Products, Pricing, Currency and BIS Hallmarking
- Prices are displayed in INR by default. International viewers may switch currencies for convenience. Final charges may vary as per your payment provider or PayPal exchange rates and fees.
- Images may vary due to lighting and display settings. Measurements and weights are approximate unless expressly stated otherwise on the product page.
- BIS Hallmarking — All gold jewelry sold under the Nine Gems brand is BIS Hallmarked in accordance with applicable Bureau of Indian Standards regulations, confirming purity as per Indian law.
- Authenticity and certification — We source and sell natural gemstones and jewelry. Where indicated on the product page, items may be accompanied by reports from reputed domestic or international laboratories (for example, IGI, GII, IIGJ, GRS Switzerland, GUILD Gem Lab, GIC Colombo, GIA, SSEF). 1.4 KYC, RBI and Government of India Requirements
In compliance with applicable laws and regulatory guidance (including RBI and Government of India KYC norms), we may conduct identity verification for high-value orders before dispatch. This may require valid KYC documentation such as PAN, Aadhaar, Passport, or other government-issued identification. PAN is mandatory for certain high-value transactions under applicable regulations. We may place orders on hold or cancel them where KYC requirements are not satisfied or where risk controls require it.
1.5 Payments
Payments are processed by secure gateways — Razorpay for INR payments and PayPal for supported international currencies. We do not collect or store full card or net-banking credentials on our servers. Additional options such as UPI, net banking, or wallets may be offered via Razorpay as available.
